Letter of invitation, participation, attendance

Please complete this form in order to receive an official letter of invitation, participation and/or attendance from Université Laval for visa or funding purposes.

Please note the following conditions:

• Letters of Invitation are provided for visa applications and funding requirements only to those who have an accepted poster or oral presentation at the event. Your letter will be processed after your complete your registration and payment for the event.

• Letters of participation are provided only to those looking for a letter that confirms this is an official event taking place (not for visa applications). Your letter will be processed after your complete your registration and payment for the event.

• Letters/certificates of attendance are provided to anyone who was registered - and had paid for - the event. This letter will be processed after the event has taken place.

We realize the visa application in Canada can be very slow, so we encourage you to apply for a visa as soon as possible. To expedite this process, we are in contact with Immigration Canada and will be able to fast-track the process for our participants.
